For partners

Bring underwater music to the counter.

SubMergence gives snorkel and dive guests a way to enter the water with music already inside the body: pre-loaded bone-conduction headsets, original underwater soundscapes, and a handoff simple enough to live beside masks and fins.

The partner path starts with the water day guests already want: clear, immersive, and easy to understand at the counter.

Built for clear water

A soundtrack for the ocean day guests are already choosing.

SubMergence meets guests in the real rhythm of clear water: pick up a ready headset, choose the beach or reef conditions they already trust, and let music meet breath, buoyancy, and sunlight.

It adds to a day guests already want — a richer, more immersive way to be in the water — with nothing new for them to learn.

What it looks like

A new feeling, not a new operation.

The guest hears the magic. The shop feels the practicality: prepared headset, simple fit note, return, wipe-down, charge.

The strongest version of this partnership is quiet at the counter and unforgettable in the water.

Guest pull

A richer ocean day

Music gives repeat visitors, curious snorkelers, and wellness-minded travelers a reason to say yes to something memorable.

Sound

Underwater-native music

SubMergence partners with local and international artists to bring rich custom underwater music to the headsets, leaving visitors with eyes bright, ears wide open, and smiles on their faces.

Partnership

The partnership, simply: SubMergence brings the stand, prepared headsets, original music, hygiene kit, and staff notes. Your team adds a clear water upgrade at checkout, then follows a clean return path.

Counter math

The only math your team needs

Rentals and purchases are separate, easy to explain, and easy to reconcile.

Rentals

50/50 rental split

Guests can choose a $20 one-day rental or a $50 weekly rental. The shop keeps $10 or $25, and SubMergence keeps the matching share.

Purchase

$30 headset purchase share

When a guest buys a $100 headset through the partner program, the shop keeps $30 and SubMergence keeps $70.

Music license note: This is a consignment partnership. The pre-loaded music is licensed for each guest's personal listening; commercial rental of those tracks is permitted through the SubMergence partner program, so shops stay covered and the music stays supported.

The counter math works because the guest is already headed toward a vivid water day; the rental is a simple upgrade, not a new operation.

At the counter

The staff flow is four small moves

1. Offer

"Want music underwater today? The headset is pre-loaded, waterproof, and ready before you leave the shop."

2. Fit

Hand over the headset with the simple fit note: secure, comfortable, ready before entering the water.

3. Return

The guest brings the headset back with the rest of their rental gear.

4. Reset

Wipe it down, place it back on charge, and keep the next rental ready.

Safety and responsibility

Respect the water, keep the rental clear

SubMergence is an audio rental, not a replacement for normal ocean judgment, lifeguards, swim ability, or shop safety practices. Guests stay within the conditions they would normally choose for swimming, snorkeling, floating, or pool use.

  • No phone is needed in the water; the music is prepared before entry.
  • The headset supports surface swimming, floating, snorkeling, and gentle water play.
  • Partners are not asked to guide or supervise the guest's water session.
  • Returned gear follows the supplied wipe-down and charging flow before the next rental.

Good fit

Best for water businesses with curious guests

SubMergence fits dive shops, snorkel rental counters, hotels, resorts, pool teams, tour operators, retreat hosts, and beach communities looking for a low-friction way to make an ordinary water day feel more vivid.

Partner FAQ

What does a shop earn?

The partner model is $20 for a one-day rental, $50 for a weekly rental, or $100 for a headset purchase. Rentals split 50/50, so the shop keeps $10 or $25. On purchases, the shop keeps $30 and SubMergence keeps $70.

Who can partner with SubMergence?

SubMergence is designed for dive shops, snorkel rentals, hotels, resorts, tour operators, retreat hosts, and beach communities.

Does SubMergence require Wi-Fi or phone signal in the water?

No. Music is prepared before guests enter the water, so the experience does not depend on phone service, Wi-Fi, or complicated live infrastructure.

How much water depth is needed?

SubMergence works for floating, swimming, snorkeling, and gentle surface play. Guests should stay within the water conditions, depth, and supervision they would normally choose for that ocean or pool day.

Who handles cleaning and charging?

SubMergence provides the care flow and hygiene kit. Shop staff receive returned headsets, wipe them down, and keep them charged between rentals.

Can a shop buy headsets and rent them separately?

The headsets can be sold through the partner program, but the pre-loaded music is licensed for guest personal listening. Commercial rental of those tracks is permitted through the SubMergence partner program so the shop, the guest, and the music are all properly covered.

Does the shop need to guide the water session?

No. SubMergence is a headset rental add-on. Guests follow the same water-safety judgment, tour guidance, lifeguard direction, and shop policies they would normally follow.

What happens if a headset needs support?

SubMergence keeps the first partner phase close and practical: clear staff notes, direct support, and adjustments based on what actually happens at the counter.
